Add contact form powered by web3form. It sends a message to my posted email address. I also added a broken link checker by Vercel OpenTools to check for dead links.

Auto-updates development suited for the swamp. Github Actions generates a summary once a quarter, summarizing what was added and what was changed. Also added color to the graph shown on each page. This should assist with navigation as the swamp grows.
